Abundant Harvest for Kids is a conversation game created by Harvest Time Partners that teaches principles such as honesty, loyalty, respect, commitment and responsibility. With the intent of reinforcing the Law of the Harvest, simply, "you reap what you sow."  Unlike other board games this is one game I like to have my children  play. They are learning while playing and in case they don't know what to do in a certain situation I feel this is a great way to talk to them about it without them feeling like it's a lecture. 

One of the child scenarios listed states: 
  You are not allowed to watch TV until all of your homework is done. You have not yet finished, but it is time for your favorite TV show. Both of your parents went outside to work in the yard while your sister, who finished her homework, has begun to watch the show.  What would YOU do? 
Your child is able to answer in his or her own words what they would do then you and whoever else is playing discuss  the answer and decide whether it is a good answer or what would be a better solution.

Included there is also parent scenarios which offer situations involving your children. So everyone gets to play along and enjoy the full experience.

I got a chance to test out Luxe Beauty Microfiber Hair Towel and Luxe Home Essentials Microfiber Kitchen Dish Towels. The kitchen towels comes in a set of 3. They are great and a must have for any kitchen. My kids spill water often in the kitchen and instead of being wasteful and using paper towels or use the sponge where you have to wring it out a few times in the process these towels work perfectly and I just had to use one no spill too big. #luxehomeessentials

The Luxe Beauty Microfiber Hair Towel is simply amazing! It is super sofa and feels like a cloud! We put it to the ultimate test by using it on Ariana's long thick hair. The results blew us away! After her shower she used the towel wrap and after 15 mins her hair wasn't wet! The towel soaked up any wetness. We usually use a regular bath towel to wrap her hair and after 45 her hair is still wet. So we were for sure blown away by the results. I love the comfort of the towel while using it. Amazing Facts About Sharks and Animal Tails review

I have teamed up with Author, Dan Jackson. Who is a children's book writer. I got a chance to review two of his e-books that can be purchased through Amazon. The first one up is Amazing Facts about Sharks. It is for sale through Amazon for $3 and can be found here. This one is a great one as my son, Ashton loves sharks. He's 9 years old and he got to enjoy reading and re-reading this e-book. There is beautiful pictures as well as interesting facts. I am no shark expert so I am glad he got full use out of this book.


This is one of Ashton's favorite pictures as he enjoys seeing what the inside of a sharks mouth looks like. Ashton is team #SharkBook

The second book I got to review is called Animals Tails. This book is also available from amazon for $2.99 and can be purchased here. This is a children's picture book that has amazingly great photos of animals tails! Most animals use their tails as defense against other animals and it was great to learn about the huge assortment of animals Dan Jackson wrote about. Ariana, my 8 year old enjoyed reading this one over and over and she loved even more telling everyone all the exciting new things she learned about.

Aside from these two e-books Dan Jackson has many other children's books. He is a terrific author and knows how to write to catch a child's attention. Of course the amazing pictures are a huge plus also. Check out his work you won't be disappointed!

(2 Pack) 6 Foot Extension Cables by Solid Cordz Review #extensioncord

My house is super tiny and older so there is a limited amount of outlets. Extension cables are a must have for me. I was lucky enough to receive this two pack of 6 foot long Extension Cables by Solid Cordz to review. Let me tell you I wasn't expecting much but these cords are amazing. They came wrapped up in their own bag. They are heavy duty. High quality. 3 prong with 125 volts. I own a big carnival style popcorn machine which is in an impractical spot but now I can have it plugged in since the 6 foot extension cable reaches where the outlet is. It works perfectly!

I am using the second one in my kitchen since small appliances now a days have such short cables. I can now use everything where I want to use it instead of where it will reach the outlet. I will definitely be getting a few more of these as I have never had an extension cable with better quality. I believe these plugs will last for a while. I highly recommend these cables to everyone! Every household needs a set or two.
