Australian Tea Tree Oil Review #teatreeoil
I received a 4oz bottle of Australian Tea Tree Oil as a bonus I was provided with a e-book filled with 53 recipes. I have read through the e-book so many times already there are so many great recipes. After flipping through all the pages and reading over each of the amazing recipes I decided to try the moisturizing oil treatment. It was a simple recipe which required 1 tbsp. Coconut oil and 10 drops Apothecary Extracts Tea Tree Oil. You use a double boiler and warm the coconut oil until it's in liquid form, this does not take long. Once it's liquid you remove from heat and add the tea tree oil. Once you mix the two together it is now time to apply it. You dip the tips of your fingers into the oil mixture and massage into your scalp gently. Make sure your entire scalp has been treated but not saturated or you will end up with oily hair. I can not express that enough! A little goes a long way. You leave the mixture in your hair for 20 minutes up to overnight then you perform your regular hair routine. I decided to do my daughter's hair since it's easier for me to do it on her before doing it on myself so I can see what if anything I need to do different. This recipe was actually super easy and highly effective. 20 minutes is what we decided to do. After 20 minutes we washed out her hair as normal we couldn't tell any difference until after we were done washing it and started brushing it. Of course her hair smelt amazing from the Tea Tree oil but what I didn't expect was the moisturizing oil treatment made her hair super soft and shiny! Unlike my hair Ariana's hair is unprocessed so I thought her hair was already healthy and had a healthy shine but boy was I wrong her hair shined as if she was a supermodel you would see on a hair commercial or in an ad. We both loved it. I highly recommend this product to everyone! I can't wait to try out the other 52 recipes.
