Peppermint oil is known for it's huge variety of uses. It's soothing and energizing! Peppermint oil is known to relieve headaches, help ease respiratory problems, work to ease symptoms of asthma and bronchitis, reduce dandruff and lice and help reduce joint and arthritis pain while soothing the mind and body with aromatherapy. Another great use is to repel rodents and insects. Every house regardless of how clean it is can use this. It repels fleas, ticks, flies, rats, mosquitoes, mice, midges, spiders, bed bugs, ants and roaches.
I personally take a heat pack and drop a few drops on it then heat it up. It has worked wonders for headaches, ear aches, and even sinus pain. This winter I have also put a few drops on our air filter not only was our house filled with a wonderful peppermint scent not one of us has gotten sick all winter. It could just be a coincidence but I am chalking it up to the peppermint oil.
