Happy Meal Books Review and Giveaway

As most parents know McDonalds has decided to offer books in their Happy Meals. I was lucky enough to get chosen to do a review. We received 4 books each come numbered with a bookmark. A book light perfect for night time reading. A fold up picnic blanket, which is perfect has Velcro to keep closed. Lastly a $10 gift card which will be used to get my kids each a Happy Meal so we can have a picnic.

The 4 books included are cute stories each one is limited edition so we are glad to have them in our collection. Each kid that their favorite story. My daughters favorite is Deana's Big Dreams. My son's is The Goat Who Ate Everything.

The four limited edition titles are:

• The Goat Who Ate Everything – Tells a story of a goat who has a big appetite and struggles to eat right. But when he does, he feels great and becomes the playful ‘kid’ everyone loves.

My kids are 8 and 7 so getting a book instead of a toy made me a proud Mom and get this I asked my kids which they would rather have and they actually said they like getting the books. It looks like McDonalds is on to something here.

Stella Artois Chalice

I will start by saying I'm not big on the taste of beer I mean I'll drink it but not very fond of it. I got the Stella Artois Chalice from bzzagent as part of a campaign and read the 9 step pouring ritual and thought what the heck it's worth a shot. Who knew beer could taste differently depending on how it was poured but now I'm a believer. It's got a better taste when poured in the chalice as opposed to drinking out of a can or bottle. I'll now only drink out of the chalice while drinking beer, I refuse to have it any other way. I'm glad I finally learned the right way to pour, the texture of beer and the taste are overall better when poured the correct way!

COVERGIRL Blastlipstick

The COVERGIRL blastflipstick is an amazing two sided lipstick that has two colors that compliment each other. One a basic color the other a shimmery color I used them to create amazing and unique looks. It glides on nicely It has a natural look with a nice added shimmery shine to it which I controlled how much shimmer to add. Anyone that knows me knows I don't wear lipstick usually just a nice shimmery lip gloss if that but after my first time using the flipstick I'm in love. The color is long lasting also after a day of wearing it I didnt have to touch it up once and it was still there when I got home!

 This is such a versatile product because you can wear each color alone or layer them. The possibilities are endless! With 13 different colors I'm sure everyone can find the one that's perfect for them I sure did! I can not imagine lipstick any other way anymore COVERGIRL really nailed it this time!
